Hi there.

I know it feels heavy right now and you may feel alone, like there is no one. I know you may want to give up. I know how it feels, I have been there.

I have been on the edge of life and in the darkness and feeling like life is not worth living. Things can improve, day by day, little by little. You are so worthy, you are so loved. I love you.

I may not know you but I’m writing this letter for you because I recognise this kind of pain. I want to remind you that there can still be good moments. Take a moment to do something for yourself. Try go for a walk, Reach out to a friend or speak to a health care professional.

I know how hard and difficult it feels right now. Life is worth living. Hold on my friend. I am sending you all the strength.
