Call a friend or family. If that feels too much, talk to a helpline or support service. Try to do something small for you. Get outside, take big long breaths.
Focus on putting one foot in front of the other. Things may feel immeasurably difficult at the moment but it is just that – a moment – and there is way through this. Please stay. You are loved. You are valued and people do care. Rhi
