Hey,

I don’t know you, but I wanted to reach out anyway. I’m really sorry that things feel so heavy right now. If you’re reading this, or looking at pages like this, I just want you to know how much that matters. It tells me there’s a part of you that’s still holding on, even if it doesn’t feel like it and that takes strength.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to think about next week, next month, or the rest of your life. Just this moment. Just getting through the next half hour, the next hour.

That is enough. I know it can feel like there’s no way forward, like the pain is too big and nothing will change. When you’re in that place, it’s really hard to see options but that doesn’t mean they aren’t there. You’re not weak for feeling this way, and you’re not alone, even if it feels like you are.

Reaching out even quietly, even just by being here is one of the bravest things you can do. There are people who care about you and want to help keep you safe, even if you can’t feel that right now. You deserve support on your hardest days, not just your good ones.

If you can, try to stay connected to someone a friend, a family member, a helpline, or someone you trust. You don’t have to carry this on your own. Just sitting with someone, or letting someone know you’re struggling, can make a difference.

Please be gentle with yourself. Keep yourself as safe as you can. Hold on to that small spark of hope the one that brought you here because it matters. Things can change, even if it takes time, and even if right now all you can do is breathe and get through today.

I’m really glad you’re here. Thank you for staying, and for reaching out. Sending you care, love and hope. You matter.
