If you're here, I can only imagine what you're feeling. You aren't alone in this, even if it feels that way right now. Across time, many people have found themselves feeling similar thoughts, and that doesn't make you weak or different – it makes you human.

If you're feeling like you have nothing to lose, it can sometimes help to gently explore what brings even a small sense of meaning or calm. There's no rush, and no right answer. Starting small might help – going for a walk and noticing the colour of the sky at sunset or dawn, how autumn leaves crunch under your feet, or how you can receive a smile from someone that you meet – but hold onto it, dig deeper into why it makes you feel inspired, or excited, or at peace.

And if your purpose right now is to simply to be, that's okay too. You matter, and you deserve care. Taking things one day at a time is enough.
