Hi there, We don't know each other but I want to stay thank you to you. Because writing this letter made my day. It made me smile writing this. Writing this helped me feel like I matter.
This gave my day a sense of purpose. Without writing this, my day would have been a little darker. You matter, just as you are. The world is better with you in it.
The world can feel like a very dark and lonely place sometimes. But know that you are worthy of your place in it. You deserve to be here and I am so glad that you are. Alongside the darkness, there is so much good and beauty in the world.
Try to find the beauty in your day, every day. When I struggle, I try to think of something, no matter how small, that made today a good day. I ate a chocolate muffin today and I bloomin love chocolate muffins! And I wrote this letter.
So today, something good has happened. And maybe tomorrow, something good will happen too. What happened in your day that was good? It can be anything.
Did you see a squirrel on your walk? Is your favourite TV show on today? Are you wearing clothes that make you feel good or comfy? Did you speak to an old friend?
