Dear stranger,
I wish I could say this to you in person, to reflect some of the compassion that exists in this world, in many folds and corners. I want to share something that has become a grounding thought for me. Your path isn’t linear.
Life can have many stages, often very different from one another. People and experiences don’t always last a lifetime – they come and go. You might not be a fan of some of them right now, and that’s okay. Over time, they can quietly shape who you are becoming.
I tend to hold onto the idea that things can shift over time, sometimes in unexpected ways. You don’t have to know what comes next or feel strong about it — just allowing space for change can be enough.
