Dear stranger,
When you’re at your lowest it may not feel like it but I can promise you, you are strong. Don’t lock yourself away. It may feel impossible to get through this but focus on taking small steps to move in the right direction – sit in a room with family or friends, sit on bench in a park listening to the birds, watch the sky change colors at sunset, or simply take a deep breath and remind yourself that you’re still here.
Even in your hardest moments, you’re fighting, and that fight is a sign of your strength. The road ahead might not always be clear, but each small step counts. You don’t have to have it all figured out, just allow yourself the grace to exist in the moment, and trust that things will shift.
There are people who care, even if it doesn’t always feel that way.
