Hey you, I know that the world can feel heavy and unbelievably lonely sometimes, and it can help to remember that you've mattered to others in ways you may not always see. There are people out in the world who think about you and their heart swells and their whole face lights up. Even on days when you've felt at your lowest, you may have brightened a stranger's day with something as small as a smile or a kind moment.

Your presence has value, just as it is. No matter what your mind might tell you, and I know how cruel those thoughts can be, you are enough. You are orth taking a chance on for one more day and then maybe another. And maybe one day you might wake up and the world could feel a little less heavy.

If holding on for yourself feels too hard right now, maybe hold on for the small, gentle moments that can still happen. I read a powerful quote this morning in the book The Boy, the Mole, Tthe Fox and the Horse that I wanted to share. “Sometimes,” said the horse.

“Sometimes what?” asked the boy. “Sometimes just getting up and carrying on is brave and magnificent.” Your story is still unfolding, even on the days when it feels stuck or silent. There are chapters ahead and moments that may surprise you. For now, keep turning the page at your own pace. Sending you a little light today, Jess
