I know today feels heavy and that’s okay. It doesn’t always have to be perfect and we are allowed to feel sad. Please know that you are loved. Breathe in deep and in your mind think of someone you have shared happy times with.

A friend, a work colleague, a family member, a dog, or a cat! Think of a moment you’ve laughed, cried or a moment where you’ve sat and talked. Or perhaps just sat in silence. Think how you may have felt in those moments.

Safe, or comfortable. If you can, consider reahing out to someone today. I know it’s so hard. I know our anxious thoughts can take over I also konw there are people who care about us, even though sometimes these thoughts make it hard to feel that.
