Dear you,

I don’t know who you are or what you’re carrying, but I know this much: the fact you’re still here matters more than you realise. If everything feels too heavy, you don’t have to solve your whole life today. You don’t have to be hopeful or strong.

Sometimes staying alive is just choosing to take the next breath, then the next. That is enough for now. Pain has a way of convincing people that they don’t matter, that nothing will change, that they’re alone. Those thoughts feel real, but they aren’t the truth.

They are signs you’ve been hurting for a long time. There are moments ahead you haven’t reached yet. Small ones. Quiet ones.

Ones that don’t fix everything but make it a little easier to stay. You deserve the chance to reach them. Let someone help if you can.

The world is better with you in it, even if you can’t feel that yet.

Someone that cares
